It seems like most of the new characters that have been introduced in the last few months are either caucasian or some shade of green. What's up with that? Is Colu some major "seed world" in the New Earth timeline?

Maybe all these green characters want to be featured in the Emerald Exhibit in the MoLA in Bits?
