In Adv. 323, Brainiac Five completes his "impossible mission" of defeating three computers in a game of 3D chess, only to discover that his victory had been aided by a broken wire which prevented the machines from performing at an optimal level!

Huh--I thought everyone knew that entire election was a scam--Saturn Girl obviously cheated to maintain Legion leadership as revealed three months later in #326 "Revolt of the Girl Legionnaires!"
