I dunno about Legionnaires, but I do know about Legion foe Charma's cat Titters.
You see, Titters was a feline that was imbued with a portion of Charma's powers.
This resulted in all males being compelled to stroke Titters' fur, cuddle Titters, feed Titters, etc.
Conversely, all females are compelled to kick Titters, step on Titters' tail and attempt to run over Titters with their hovercars.
When Charma was arrested, Titters formed the Legion of Super-Villainous Pets (with all male animals, of course). Titters is the token female pet of the LSVP.
The LSVP was last seen attempting to take over Rambat, the home planet of the Brain-Globes.
