Wasn't there a trade for the Superman arc when he was bouncing through time and met the ADV, Grell & V4 Legions? Or am I thinking of something else?

Superman in the Sixties reprints the 1962 story "The Last Days of Superman", in which the LSH plays a fairly prominent role (and it's Mon-El who saves the day!).

A dramatic cover for "Great Darkness," I always thought ... but that's the problem, it's the cover, and it gives away the punchline. The identity of the principal villain is slowly and masterfully built up in the story line, but the cover spoils the surprise. (Unless you don't know who he is, as few do not. Or have read it in individual issues.)
The second edition of that TPB, a few years back, didn't change the cover, but it did take out the foldout Giffen/Mahlstedt Legion poster and its character key pages in the back of the book. That's a major difference, and one to be careful about if you're buying it on eBay.

Did anyone pick up volume 3 out last week? I leafed through it on the rack. The Letters to the Legion feature was reprinted along with a message from er Tyroc about fandom and letters pages.
