Ummm, atomic ax, anyone? If, that is, he came up with it. I mean, an axe that can cut through anything just because its atomic? Time...thoughts...cheese

An atomic axe makes pseudo-scientific sense though. It eliminates valences in matter or energy or whatever, allowing you to cut through or interrupt the effects of anything.
Atomic bared wire, however, is kinda goofy and ill-thought out.

So if the atomic axe can cut through anything, then it could cut through light and we wouldn't be able to see it if you looked at it from a certain angle?
And if it can cut gravity, if the Persuader got careless then he'd end up flying up into the air?
