This idea has merit. Would it be Mon'Eel or Mon-Eel?

Of course he'd need a harness that offered arms AND shoulders so he could keep the cape.

If we're lucky the Phantom Zone/Stasis Zone/Quiet Zone/Buffer Zone/HyperTime-Out will terrorform him into his naga-form for us.

Well we could always have Chameleon as a giant snake. Every time he morphs he has to shed his snake skin, leaving it hanging around LW.
