It's heated by a "giant cosmic lamp"!

It wasn't particularly well-designed, however. Apparently, if the lamp burns out, it falls down!

Hoo boy! Hope the 30th century has been brown-out free for awhile. Real estate would be horrible in that city if the power even went out sporadically every few years. [Big Grin]
