In my own personal continuity, I'm saying now that Tizzles is a semisentient lifeform found on Titan, complete with its own mental powers.

The creatures are empath-projectors, used by some space-psychologists to calm the pathalogically... preturbed. Sarya got Tizzles when she realized she was losing her grip. He/she/it helped keep her focused on finding the secrets of immortality.
