Lester does have powers!
The things he can do with money are incredible!
The only reason he was rejected was because Cosmic Boy was in full Simon Cowell mode that day.

I remember Tyr harassing Roy about his name, thinking Radiator would be better than Radiation Roy. Yah sure, a guy named Tyr would want everyone to name themselves after car parts!
