There was a list of UP planets, post-boot - Touston is not there. Neither is Zwen. Of course, as they say, "the U.P. is constantly expanding". However, I thought EDE might want to know why his application has been held up.
Another interesting fact: a google search on "Streaky Supercat" turns up 135 listings.

That must be the explanation. Their record-keeping is so 21st century. Or maybe it's just the anti-Touston faction who compiled the printed list.

When I got off the train the other day I over heard some guy's conversation and it was something about, "...well either that or Touston...". I turned around so see who said it but the train doors had already shut. I tell ya, Calamity King way popular here on the West Coast
