Sweet cover. I personally love the Dominators. Nice to see them back. I love seeing Karate Kid getting down and dirty. (that last story arc of the last legion for instance).
Oh, and the cover has Ultra Boy and Vi...my two fave members!
Speculation? Barry made a comment before about the seperation between the more human looking aliens and the lack "human looking" aliens. The skulls all seem very alien. The Dominators are behind everything...and the orange panel behind Supergirl? A new super team who I guess will oppose the Legion but are they villains?

Actually, that looks like Ayla and it reminds me of the original group picture we saw of this version of the Legion. The one that just showed the outlines of the Legionnaires with golden light streaming from behind them. If you remember it led to a gret deal of speculation on everyone's part regarding who all was pictured. We all thought it would be the first cover but, as it turned out was just promo art and has never been used as a cover.

Very cool cover, similar in composition to one of the first issues in this series.
And Supergirl with a boyfriend in the future that she'll get to string along for years when she inevitably has to leave. That's just so cruel, it wouldn't be right if its not going to be Jo.

Not sure. Maybe Cham? I don't recall anyone with wings in #18. At least not from the Legion's era. Guess we'll have to wait for Barry's black and white versions to see if we get a better view.

I like this cover as well. There's an interesting pattern developing-- with 'later' covers referencing/recalling previous issue covers. Is there anything story-wise that prompts this, when it's done?
'Supergirl's boyfriend'? Who is the *least* likely Legionnaire to capture Kara's heart? Is it possible it *isn't* a Legionnaire? That it's a 'l'egionnaire? Or a civilian? An SP? Or somebody from Sun Boy's team?
Isn't it about time we had a check up on ol' Dirk, by the way?

Let's assume for now it's a Legionnaire. Simplest. So the candidates are:
Lightning Lad - already spoken for Cosmic Boy - already has a crush on someone else Micro Lad - it's possible he wants to pick on someone his own size Brainiac 5 - I basically just don't think this is going to happen Invisible Kid - he follows her around like a puppy dog and I can't see her going for it Karate Kid - well, he's right there on the cover... I could see it happen, actually Timber Wolf - already spoken for Star Boy - could be Ultra Boy - I doubt she'd buy his act Dream Boy - as a precog, he'd be walking into it with his eyes open, which means at least he won't get hurt too badly when she goes home Element Lad - could be
