Jo during TMK revealed what he was really like, and the SW6 Jo was just too cool for school! Jo is the James Dean of the Legion, and was created that way back in the day! ALL the Legion ladies (and half the guys!) should be drooling over him! It makes them less fairy-tale perfect with only false deaths to 'develop' their relationship, but yes, Jo should be written with more IQ ala TMK. Kinda tough to get a lot of cool outta that for me. Still, if that floats yer boat. I always liked the character of Brin more.
