Specifically, sense of smell - is it heightened? I'm trying to think (without going back over the issues) but can't recall any instance in which he sniffed out an enemy - or something like that.
(Just reading Fables this a.m. with Bigby Wolf sniffing out trouble, it made me think of Brin.)

Brin tracked Tinya by scent when she got lost on Rimbor in Legion Worlds #6. He also sniffed out the runaway Cub when they were on the ship traveling back to Earth. I suspect he also has a heightened sense of hearing.
I'd recommend Bigby for admission to the Legion, except he'd probably wind up eating them all.

Snow White's a bit like Tinya, don't you think? And Bigby's in love with her ....hmmm...sounds like a parallel Legion universe. Bluebeard looks like Universo...there's a Sleeping Beauty... and King Cole is a fat, happy/distracted RJ type...

I don't think Brin had his super sniff power until the Bierbaums came a long and made him Furball. I'm pretty sure Furball was the first incarnation to do that.

I am failry certain that there are references in the Gerry Conway era to Brin having tracking powers.
I even seem to recall a letter page discussion from that era stating that Dawnstar was not a duplicate power as she could track in space.
IIRC, when Levitz came back to the book we dropped reference to tracking powers as they ought never to have been there. Brin's only "power" was super-agility.

Brin most defintely did NOT have a super sense of smell when introduced.
