OK, here's one: I'm sick and tired of hearing nonsense like "The Legion has so many characters that it's not reader-friendly" Well, exsqueeze me! Has anyone counted how many characters, semi-characters, alternate dimension characters who resemble this dimesion's characters, alternate dimension characters who resemble no one but pop-up every second issue anywhere there are in other titles? The Legion had 25 main characters at most! I say, that should be our first objective. Show them forcefully that the Legion is "NOT inaccessible and reader-unfriendly" and get them to understand that you don't have to know the entire history of a gazillion team-ups and "special events" to understand what went on in *one* issue!

Actually I think it's the lad/lass thing that turns them off more than boy/girl.
Hey I can't imagine Element Lad with any other codename! (that said I like some of the ZH "cool" names)

I know Lash has fans, and when I read this topic, I wondered why did he want them to be militant... probably because of all those militant Quis fans out there

Boy, Girl, Lad, Lass, Damsel. They are historical names for the Legion and I'm not about to condone "sacrilege" from "them" another minute.
Element Lad is an alliterative name so maybe it doesn't sound that silly to "them". "Element Lord"? Hmm....

First, as far as DC is concerned, I demand that the 31st century Legion exists on ALL 52 earths. Earth 5 has its universe ruled by a crazy Brainiac 5 and his Miracle Machine. Earth 13 has the Subs as Legionnaires and THEY get to reject the normal Legionnaires (Polar Boy - "Sorry, Saturn Girl, our missions are too dangerous for a girl. You're rejected." Saturn Girl - "I knew you were going to say that... *sob*").
Also, DC demands to Marvel Logan/Wolverine gets a permanent crew cut so as not to be infringing on the Timber Wolf trademark - or mega damages should be paid!!!

By the way, after posting here at Legion World for a few years, I never figured MLLASH to be militant.
Has the medication changed, or something?

I also demand the return of Nightcrawler *and* Storm to the Legion, the official formation of the Outsiders and the Strangers and a special Legion/Imperial Guard mini series!
