Just because I'm bored, I came up with a few alternate names for some of the Legionnaires. I tried to follow the old school rule of having boy, girl, etc. in the name, and I leaned towards alliteration.
I think I have a couple of pretty good ones for Shadow Lass, but most of the rest of these are just silly and for fun.

Shadow Lass
Midnight Maiden (or Maiden Midnight)
Darkness Damsel
Stygian Squaw

Light Lass
Weightless Wench

Saturn Girl
Mental Maiden
Telepath Tomato (or Telepath Tootsie)

Chameleon Boy
Protean Punk (Protean Person)
Mercurial Man (Mutable Man)

Phantom Girl
Intangible Ingénue

Dream Girl[/U]
Dream Damsel
Sexy Soothsayer

[U]White Witch
Snowy Sorceress
Milky Mage

Transmutation Teen

I liked Brobdignagian Boy

I know back before 5YL I used to make up non-gendered names for the Legionnaires.

Some that I remember:

Bouncing Boy - Rebound
Dream Girl - Seer
Cosmic Boy - Polestar
Phantom Girl - Wraith

I like Rebound. Maybe since Marvel messed up Speedball so much we can have a similiar character in the Academy with Chuck training him.

Ah, so this has been done beofre. I might have known.

I like some of the single, non-genedered names, but it just seem non-Legiony.
